Police in Butler were searching for a man who fled from them and discovered a marijuana grow operation in the process.
According to the police report, on May 15, 2020 a marijuana grow operation was discovered while searching for the suspect in a residence on Tuck Lane in Center Twp.
Police arrested 58-year-old Richard Lynch and 23-year-old Devan Green who are both from Butler. During the search, a large number of marijuana plants and psilocybin mushrooms were seized as well as materials used in the manufacturing process. Charges have been filed.
