Marlene Mae Snow Smith, 77, of Stoneboro, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Grove City Medical Center.
She was born March 28, 1944 in Akron, OH, the daughter of the late Raymond Boden and Vivian (King) Shira.
She was a member of Christ Community United Methodist Church. Marlene had worked as a general manager at Sheetz. She enjoyed crocheting and baking cookies with her great granddaughter, Vivian.
Surviving are her son, Allen (Wanda) Thompson of Grove City; a daughter, Sherry Grey of Petrolia; four grandchildren, Chelsea (Isaac Gadsby) Thompson of Stoneboro, Kara (Travis) Everett of Woodbridge, VA, Alana Grey of Butler, Garret (Leah) Grey of Mercer; a great granddaughter, Vivian Thompson; sister, Alana Hockenberry of Transfer; brother, Vernon Boden of Phoenix, AZ.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Snow and a granddaughter, Kourtney Grey.
Friends will be received at Young Funeral Home, Ltd., 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, on Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 5PM until the time of service 7PM.
Entombment in the Butler County Memorial Park.
