PIAA Playoffs:
–The Mars boys lacrosse team defeated Lower Dauphin 12-2 in the First Round of the Class 2A playoff Tuesday. They will meet Allentown Saturday in the state Quarterfinals.
–The Mars girls fell 11-10 in overtime to Twin Valley, ending their season.
The Seneca Valley boys volleyball season came to a close following a 3-0 loss to Central York in the PIAA First Round.
The Seneca Valley baseball team will play Cedar Cliff Thursday in the state Quarterfinals. The game will be played at Altoona’s Veteran’s Field beginning at 1pm.
