A group created to celebrate Mars New Year will again host a fundraiser this weekend for the next observance in 2025.
The 9th annual Mars Brew Fest is planned for 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday in downtown Mars near the flying saucer.
The gathering will include 26 regional breweries, wineries, and distilleries as well as food vendors. This is an event for ages 21 and older with no pets permitted but designated drivers are free.
Tickets that include a tasting cup and unlimited samples can be purchased online for $30 or $35 at the door. More information can be found on the Mars Brewfest website or Facebook page.
