A Mars man has been charged after taking a gun out and threatening a neighbor that was walking their dog.
Adams Township Police were called to a home on the 100 block of Wright Road just after 5 p.m. Thursday for disturbance.
When police arrived on scene they spoke with the victim who said he got into an argument with 42-year-old Guy Palmero III. The victim said he asked Palmero to ask his wife and dog to stay off his property. The victim allegedly had also asked Palmero’s wife the night before.
That’s when it’s alleged Palmero pulled out the gun and said “lucky (I) didn’t come shoot him (you) that night.”
When the victim asked if he was being threatened by the gun Palmero responded “yes.”
Palmero has been charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, disorderly conduct and more. He’s awaiting a preliminary hearing.
