Girls Soccer Monday:
–Mars-5 Hampton-0. Mars improved to 9-0 overall and 7-0 in section play.
–North Catholic-1 Avonworth-0. Simone Sharpless scored the only goal of the game as the Lady Trojans handed Avonworth their first loss of the season after falling in overtime in their first match of the season. Both teams are now tied for the Class 2A Section 1 lead with 6-1 records. North Catholic improved to 7-2 overall. Avonworth fell to 8-1-2.
