The father of injured Karns City football player Mason Martin says there are strides in his recovery.
An online update late last week said Mason’s rehab is going well. They are working on his balance, and hope they can begin helping him walk soon.
His father also says that Mason is making cognitive improvements. He is able to identify pictures and words consistently.
The post also said that the biggest challenge at the moment is his lack of sleep and nutrition. But, his father remains optimistic about his recovery saying that “he is thrilled with the progress he’s been making with his feeds.”
