The visiting Pittsburgh Maulers of the USFL were victorious on Saturday as they defeated the Michigan Panthers by a final score of 23-7.
Pittsburgh will return to action this coming Saturday (May 20th) and will visit the Memphis Showboats. Kickoff is scheduled for 12:30pm.
The Arlington Renegades are the XFL Champions after defeating the D.C. Defenders 35-26 in the league’s championship on Saturday.
The Defenders were the league leaders heading into this year’s postseason. Arlington, who is led by former Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops, clinched the second playoff spot in the South Division with a 4-6 regular season record.
