Those interested in learning more about native plants are invited to McConnells Mill State Park for a program later this week.
On Friday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. the public is invited to meet at the Kildoo Picnic Area for a presentation called “Morning Wild Teas”.
During the program, participants will learn about edible plants and how to make them into a drinkable tea. Those planning to attend are welcome to bring snacks they would like to enjoy with the tea.
Pre-registration is required by calling the park office and all current health guidelines will be followed.
