The public is invited to learn more about the power of water later this week at a local State Park.
McConnells Mill is hosting a program called “Hydropower: Harnessing the Power of the Creek” on Friday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Mill Courtyard.
Participants will be able to learn the physics behind the renewable energy source of water as well as the impact of the original 1852 mill on the local watershed.
All current health guidelines will be followed.
