Crews were on the scene of a two vehicle accident on Route 422 in Summit Township.
It happened near the intersection with Bonniebrook Road—which is by the Dollar General—around 8:45 this morning.
Dispatchers say a car crashed into the back of a tractor trailer. One person was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital and then flown to a Pittsburgh trauma center.
It’s unclear if there were any other injuries in the crash.
