Medina Spirit was named the winner of the 2021 Kentucky Derby.
The 147th running of the race took place on Saturday. This weekend’s win was trainer Bob Baffert’s seventh derby win.
The next leg of Medina Spirit’s triple crown bid will be on Saturday, May 15th with the running of the Preakness Stakes.
