Michael A. Nebel, 60, of Davie, FL died unexpectedly on Thursday, September 9, 2021. He was born on April 2, 1961 in Butler, PA to the late Alfred and Anna Jane (Snodgrass) Nebel. Michael graduated from Butler Area High School with the class of 1979. Following graduation, he served honorably in the U.S. National Guard. Michael married his high school sweetheart, Tracy (Perry) Nebel on August 11, 1990 in Garner, NC. They later settled in Davie, FL where they have lived for the past 26 years and they recently celebrated 31 years of marriage. Michael was a member of St. David’s Catholic Church in Davie, FL. He worked in construction for most of his life. He was an avid classic car enthusiast and enjoyed attending car shows and working on the restoration of his classic Road Runner. Michael very much enjoyed traveling with his wife Tracy, experiencing numerous different countries and states together. He loved cheering on his hometown teams like the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates. He leaves behind his beloved wife Tracy (Perry) Nebel; stepmother Ruthann Nebel; his brother Joseph (Judy) Nebel of Wilson, NC; and sisters Christy and Pamela. He was the brother-in-law to Diana (Ralph) Sarver, Connie (Leroy) Widenhofer, Pamela (Tim) Shepard, Lisa Baptiste, Denel (Samuel) Cavalero and the late Rhonda Mottern. Michael was also the uncle to many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for family and friends on Wednesday, October 6th at 11:30 AM in St Wendelin R.C. Church, burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery of Chicora. A luncheon will immediately follow in Mater Dolorosa R. C. Church. Services through SPENCER D.
