Michelle Menees

Michelle Menees, 56, of Butler passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2025. She was born in Butler on August 13, 1968, to Dennis Randolph Sr. and Bonnie (Nowakowski) Randolph and stepfather, John McPherson. Michelle graduated from Butler High School in 1986, and received her associate degree in Ministry from C.L.I. She was employed at VNA/Lutheran Services. Michelle enjoyed quilting, crafting, sewing, playing cards, fishing and watching dirt track racing. She was a former chaperone for the Butler High School marching band. Michelle loved to spend time with her family, go to the zoo and enjoyed searching for waterfalls. She was known for her gift giving and always helping others. Michelle was the beloved wife of Michael Menees since their marriage in 1995; mother of Colby (Victoria) Layton, Lucas (Jazlyn) and Jacob (Mylee Tate) Menees; sister of Dennis (Kelly) Randolph Jr.; grandmother of Asher Layton and Maverik Menees; she is also survived by one niece and several nephews, and her large and loving family. Michelle was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dorothy and Murald Randolph and Pete and Mona Nowakowski. Family and friends will be received on Friday, March 28, 2025, from 1-3 and 5-7 PM at SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 NEW CASTLE RD. BUTLER, PA 16001. WWW.SPENCERDGEIBEL.COM.
