MLB: Arizona and Houston move onto championship series/Phils take advantage over Braves

Major League Baseball Playoffs:
–The Houston Astros will meet the Texas Rangers in the American League Championship Series after the Astros defeated the Minnesota Twins 3-2 last night and win their best-of-five series 3-1. It is an American League record seventh consecutive time the Astros, who are defending World Series champions, have reached the ALCS.
–The Arizona Diamondbacks completed a three-game series sweep of the Los Angeles Dodgers following a 4-2 victory in front of 48,000 fans in Phoenix last night. Arizona will meet the winner of the Philadelphia – Atlanta series for the National League Championship.
–The Phillies hit six home runs last night to defeat the Braves 10-2 in Game 3 of their Division Series. Philadelphia now leads the series 2-1 with Game 4 tonight at 8:07pm.
