The new budget proposal for the Moniteau School District would see taxes rise next year.
The proposed increase would see the average homeowner pay $52 more per year.
The overall general fund budget would be around $24 million for the district—which is similar to last year’s number.
The district has the full proposed budget available for review at Dassa McKinney Elementary, the Moniteau Junior/Senior High School, and in the district’s administration building.
