A Moon Township man is facing charges after the allegedly kicked a dog.
State police say the incident happened last Wednesday at a home in Slippery Rock Township. 20-year-old Trevonn Carter was allegedly seen on video kicking a dog.
Police charged Carter with cruelty to animals.
