Police are providing more information on an accident last week that sent one man to the hospital with serious injuries.
The one vehicle crash happened on Foxburg Road last Wednesday afternoon around 1 p.m. Police say 54-year-old Larry Lint of Parker was driving west when a deer came out on the road.
Lint tried to swerve to miss the deer but he lost control and then hit a tree.
His truck was significantly damaged in a crash, and Lint suffered serious injuries to his legs.
According to the 911 Center, Lint was taken by EMS to a medical helicopter and transported to an area hospital.
