Police have released more information on accident that occurred late last week in Butler Township.
Last Friday morning police were called to Hansen Avenue near the entrance of the Pullman Square Plaza for a two-vehicle accident.
The accident happened after 38-year-old Chalea Perri of Lyndora failed to stop at stop sign. After failing to stop she collided with 70-year-old Jack Paganelli.
Perri was taken to Butler Memorial hospital for injuries to her head, back, and legs.
