A motorist was seriously injured following a two vehicle crash that occurred earlier this weekend in Worth Township.
According to State Police, a 22-year-old Slippery Rock man allegedly turned off of the Interstate 79 off ramp onto New Castle Road in front of a second vehicle around 8:30am on Saturday.
Authorities say that the Slippery Rock man was then transported to the Grove City Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. Officials later flew the man to a Pittsburgh hospital for additional treatment.
Police say that their investigation is still ongoing. No charges have been filed as of Sunday morning.
