Multiple crews responded to a fire at a house in Summit Township Tuesday morning.
The first call came into the Butler County 911 Center around 11 a.m. for a porch on fire at a house at the end of Vogleyville Road—which is just off of Herman Road.
When firefighters got on scene they found a working fire and requested additional crews to come to the scene. It was soon bumped up to a second alarm fire.
Crews were able to get the fire under control within the hour.
The amount of damage and cause of the fire is not known at this point.
