Muriel E. Gschnell, age 95, of Butler, passed away in her home on Wednesday, January 16, 2019.
Born in Pittsburgh on July 26, 1923, she was a daughter of the late Heidrich and Evaline Gregg Miller.
Muriel was a homemaker. She was a wonderful cook and she enjoyed collecting recipes. Muriel was a volunteer at St Michael School cafeteria and the Eucharistic Adoration Chapel.
She was a member of Saint Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.
She is survived by three children, Alfred Gschnell and his wife, Glenda, of Godley, TX, John Gschnell and his wife, Cheryl, of Canal Fulton, OH, and Judy Gschnell, of Butler; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred A. Gschnell, who passed away May 7, 2008; one daughter, Ginny Bell, who passed away October 2, 2000; two sisters; and two brothers.
There will be no public visitation. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
The family would like to thank Terri for the compassionate, loving care she gave their mother.
