Some Seneca Valley students are welcoming a new assistant principal to their school.
The school board approved the hiring of Dr. Jenay Sharp Leach as the assistant principal of the Rowan Elementary School in Cranberry Township during a meeting earlier this week.
Dr. Sharp Leach graduated from Shaler Area School District and Grove City College but most recently worked as a science coordinator for a district in northern Virginia.
Dr. Sharp Leach will be working in a part time capacity and will begin as Assistant Principal at Rowan Elementary School on January 4th.
