Two New Castle residents are facing charges following an incident that occurred last month in Clay Township.
According to State Police, 45-year-old Teresa Hooks and 39-year-old Fletcher Indovina went to several greenhouses located on West Sunbury Road on April 22nd and started to load multiple plants, shrubs and greenhouse supplies into a vehicle.
Around 4 p.m., Hooks and Indovina were confronted by the greenhouse owners. Hooks and Indovina allegedly told the owners that they were previous employees and were getting some sentimental items as they thought the greenhouses were abandoned.
Hooks and Indovina were asked by the owners to remove the items from their vehicle and leave the property, and they complied.
Charges for burglary and criminal trespassing were filed for both suspects.
