A new program looks to help older and disabled residents with lawn work in the City of Butler.
The Butler Shade Tree Commission is launching the “City Neighborhood Clean-Up Program” this summer.
The initiative will pair eligible residents with local volunteers who are willing to help with general yard clean-up.
Eligible residents who need assistance must be 60 and older, or have a physical disability.
Both residents and volunteers can sign up at the Butler City Building.
