The last significant development-ready parcel in a Cranberry Township industrial park has been sold to a developer with plans to build.
The Regional Industrial Development Corporation of Southwestern Pennsylvania recently sold nearly five acres of land in the Thorn Hill Industrial Park to TM Crowley and Associates for just over $850,000.
TM Crowley is based in Indianapolis and has stated that they intend to construct a nearly 9,000 square foot building at the site. It will then be leased to Sunbelt Rentals to operate a business that will rent, sell, and service equipment and tools.
Three million square feet of industrial, flex, and office space can now be found on the 925 acre park formerly known as the Thorn Hill Home for Waverly Boys thanks to the efforts of the non-profit RIDC.
