A new housing development is being proposed in Cranberry Township.
The board of supervisors is weighing the proposal for 32 single-family homes to be built along Pinebrook Drive. It would be homes added to the Ridge at Pinebrook development, which is across from North Boundary Park.
Officials say the plan also includes a trail network to neighboring communities and the park.
No timeline was available on when the board of supervisors could approve the plan.
