A longstanding regulation that required anglers to display their license while fishing is no more.
The PA Fish and Boat Commission officially approved the motion at their meeting earlier this week.
The new rule means you just need to have your license on you while you’re fishing—you don’t need to wear it.
Officials are reminding fishers though that you still need a license, which can be purchased online at pa.WildlifeLicense.com
