You may have been hearing some news stories on hospitals and the way they need to report their coronavirus information to the government.
We wanted to check to see if any recent changes nationally affected our local hospital, Butler Memorial.
Officials with the Butler Health System say they have always reported their COVID-19 information, as required, to the HHS and the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Nothing for the hospital, in the way of reporting coronavirus information, has changed.
They say they will continue to maintain their information sharing, as they have been in the past many months, with the appropriate government departments and the public.
