Local organizations are not offering any cooling zones for the hot weather but there are some alternative options.
Any location in the county open to the public will allow residents to come in and cool off. The Grapevine Center will open until 5pm Thursday and Friday. The Butler Area Public library will be open until 8pm Thursday and 5pm Friday.
Temperatures are expected to get into the upper 80s today and mid 90s on Friday.
