No injuries were reported following a traffic accident involving a tractor trailer that occurred last month in Jackson Township.
According to State Police, a 53-year-old Erie resident was driving their tractor trailer southbound on Interstate 79 around 2:30am on May 10th when they lost control of the vehicle.
Authorities say that the tractor trailer then left the roadway before traveling through the median and coming to a final rest in the northbound lanes of I-79.
Police say that during their investigation, they believed that the driver was under the influence of a controlled substance. The driver was later taken into custody.
