A motorist was uninjured after his car overturned earlier this month on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township.
State Police say that a 27-year-old man from Tennessee was traveling southbound at a high rate of speed just before 1am on December 15th when he lost control of Volkswagen Jetta due to wet road conditions.
Authorities say that the car then traveled approximately 200 feet in the grassy median before striking an embankment and flipping onto its roof in the northbound lane.
Officials say that the motorist, who was wearing a seat belt, did not suffer any injuries. He will be cited with a traffic violation.
