There are no new taxes in the proposed Moniteau School District budget.
Superintendent Aubrie Schnelle said the proposed budget is at $26.7 million, which is up over $1 million from this year’s budget.
Schnelle said the district is planning to use $2.7 million from the fund balance to cover the expenses gap.
The final vote will go before the board next month.
