Non-union employees at Butler County will be receiving a raise next year.
The county’s salary board voted to approve a 2.5 percent pay raise for non-union employees.
The board debated between a 2.75 percent raise, and 2.5, before settling on the latter figure.
County officials estimate the raises will result in a total cost of just over $195,000.
