Several local residents were honored at the annual Farm to Table dinner event Monday evening.
Donna Zang was presented with the 2017 Bullshipper Award which is presented to a person who works to improve agriculture and community relations.
Mary Campbell was recognized as Educator of the Year and Buffalo Township was the Cooperator of the Year. Farmer of the Year went to Eric Plowman while Jim Faust received the Service Award.
This event is sponsored by the Butler County Conservation District, the Butler County Farm Bureau, Penn State Extension, AgChoice Farm Credit, and the USDA Farm Service Agency.
