An Ohio man has pleaded guilty in connection to a drug bust that happened in Butler nearly three years ago.
42-year-old Marshall Grimes pleaded guilty to two counts of federal narcotic and firearm charges late last week.
According to the Department of Justice, Grimes was a known drug dealer from Columbus, Ohio who had been operating in Butler in the summer and fall of 2018.
After receiving a tip in December 2018—authorities conducted a search of Grimes apartment on South Main Street and found 280 grams of cocaine, 80 grams of crack, nearly $12,000 cash, and guns.
Grimes faces up to life in prison and a fine of $5 million.
