Olympic women’s hockey rematch coming to PPG next weekend

The Pittsburgh Penguins are joining with the Women’s Hockey Players Association to bring a women’s hockey game to PPG Paints Arena. They are calling it the “Rivalry Rematch” March 12th at 4pm. The game will see the two teams from 2022 Olympic women’s gold medal hockey game in Beijing last month when the United States and Canada face-off. The viewership of that game saw an average of 3.54 million viewers on NBC, more than any NHL game this season.
