One person was taken to the hospital after a crash in Penn Township yesterday.
The accident happened just before 4 p.m. on Route 8 South near the intersection with Brownsdale Road.
Dispatchers say a truck hit multiple vehicles in that area; other details on the crash are not known.
One person involved in the crash suffered unknown injuries and was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital.
Traffic was delayed for about 45 minutes.
