One person was taken to the hospital after a two vehicle crash yesterday in Penn Township.
It happened just before 1:30 p.m. on Route 8 South near the intersection with McCalmont Road.
Full details of the crash are unclear, but dispatchers say one man was going in-and-out of consciousness when crews arrived on scene. He needed to be taken to the hospital. He was then reportedly flown to a Pittsburgh trauma center.
A woman suffered minor injuries, but did not need treatment.
Traffic was delayed until crews could clear the scene.
