One person was taken to the hospital after a crash Monday afternoon.
The crash happened just after 4:30 p.m. on East Slippery Rock Road near Sumney Lane in Donegal Township.
Police say 60-year-old Brenda Mackey of Chicora was not able to make a turn around a hairpin curve. She went into the oncoming lane and hit a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Zachary Scherer of Chicora.
Mackey suffered a minor injury and was taken to a local hospital. Scherer also had minor injuries, but was treated on scene.
Both vehicles had significant damage and were towed from the scene.
