One person was taken to the hospital after an acid leak at a manufacturing plant in Karns City.
It happened overnight at the Calumet Penreco facility.
Our news partners at WPXI report that Penreco crews got the acid leak under control by midnight, however one person was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital.
It’s not known the extent of the person’s injury.
