Families with kids interested in learning more about science, technology, engineering, and math are invited to an upcoming online presentation from the Carnegie Science Center.
The Science Center is partnering with child advocacy organization KidsVoice for a free, virtual learning opportunity on Saturday at 11 a.m.
The Science at Home program on Facebook Live will focus on the science behind the creation of kites. Participants will be able to make a paper-plate snake whirligig as well as a floating ball craft from home.
A recording of this lesson with closed captioning will be available on Facebook after the program. Visit the Science Center’s website for more information.
