Thanks to a partnership at the Butler County Humane Society, you can now get your cat spayed and neutered for free.
The Humane Society was awarded a significant grant that allows them to partner with Operation Spay and Neuter.
Officials say that pet owners can go to the Humane Society for a voucher to have their cats spayed and neutered at no cost. The funding has made this free service available for the foreseeable future.
