Local young people are invited to participate in DiscoverE Day Camps continuing this week at Moraine State Park.
Outdoor Explorers for kids ages 6 to 8 is being offered Wednesday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Davis Hollow Marina Office on the North Shore as well as the next two Wednesdays after that.
Those attending will learn about reptiles and amphibians. All equipment and materials for the program will be provided by the park.
The cost of the program is $15 and pre-registration is required. Call the Park Office for more information.
Also on Wednesday, Moraine is hosting a Watercolor workshop at Pavilion 7 at the McDanels Launch Area on the North Shore.
