The Pennsylvania Department of Health is alerting parents about kids jewelry with excessive lead levels.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recently issued a recall for Yaomiao Children’s Jewelry sets after lead and cadmium levels were found that exceed federal safety standards.
Nearly 7,000 sets of this item with between 3 and 12 pieces of pieces of silver with multicolored gems necklaces, rings, and bracelets were sold online through Amazon from January 2022 to March of 2024 for between $8 and $21. Anyone who purchased this product should throw them away and request a refund from the seller LordRoads.
