The Pennsylvania Game Commission will hold their annual Waterfowl Briefing later this week and the public is invited to attend.
Hunters and members of wildlife organizations will have a chance to participate in a discussion about the proposed 2023-24 waterfowl hunting seasons and proposed regulations as well as a question and answer session.
Game Commission staff prepared their recommendations based on feedback received through the 2020 waterfowl hunter survey. This information has been posted to the Game Commission’s website and can be viewed before the briefing begins.
This briefing will stream live on the agency’s Facebook page on Thursday at 1 p.m. but will also be recorded and a link will be posted to the game commission’s website. Public comment on the proposed seasons will be accepted through March 19th.
