Today is the final day to request a mail-in ballot for next week’s election.
It can be done online or at the Bureau of Elections office inside the county government center.
Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar says once you get your ballot, fill it out and send it in.
“For voters to make sure your ballot is counted, it should be received by November 3rd,” Boockvar said. “Yes, the decision said as long as its cast by November 3rd and received by November 6th it will be counted. That’s more of a matter for the counties, that’s not a matter for the voter. I need the voters to know they need to cast their ballot by November 3rd.”
Boockvar also recommends dropping off your mail-in ballot at the elections office to ensure your vote is indeed counted.
