Republicans in the state Senate are moving forward with a review of the 2020 election.
Although there has been no evidence of fraud, top Senate Republican Jake Corman said he’s leading a forensic investigation of last year’s election.
Corman said this investigation will go further than the previous reviews that were done per state law. He said the committee may subpoena documents as well.
However, one of the leading voices of a “forensic investigation” was Senator Doug Mastriano, who is criticizing Corman arguing that he “hijacked the investigation” after stripping Mastriano of his committee assignment.
