Just days after Slippery Rock University announced plans to bring back students to campus this fall; the State System of Higher Education is releasing guidelines for the upcoming semester.
The PASSHE board of governors met earlier this week and said each university is working to make sure they have face-to-face instruction this year.
The board also said that since the coronavirus has impacted parts of the state at varying levels, each COVID plan from the universities will be different.
PASSHE also told schools to prepare for the possibility of remote instruction, in case schools would have to close again in the fall.
