This is the last week to participate in Butler Radio’s ‘Pack the Backpack’ program.
It’s an effort to get kids back to the classroom with new school supplies and Friday, August 11, 2017 is the deadline.
We’re looking for items like pens, pencils, notebooks, folder, erasers, crayons, markers and glue sticks. Buy a backpack, put the items inside and drop them off.
Butler Radio is at 252 Pillow Street, Butler. Joe Pierrel Auto is at 253 Sunset Drive, Butler. You can drop off donated items at either location.
Staff at Butler Radio will take care of getting the items to local school for kids who may otherwise not have the money to buy new items.
